Bonitas members have access to mental health assessments in the Bonitas Member App, where you can get an idea of the state of your mental wellness. Depending on the results of your assessment, you’ll be referred to our digital mental health care partner, October Health (previously called Panda), to get the support you need.

October Health is a FREE to download mental health and wellness mobile app where you’ll be able to anonymously access live, audio-only sessions with peers for support and mental health experts to better understand daily challenges.
