How often will medicine be delivered?

Medicine will be dispensed on a 28-day cycle, provided a valid prescription is on file. Any changes to your delivery address or prescription should be communicated as soon as possible by uploading the updated details on www.mararapharmacy.co.za or emailing bonitas@mararapharm.co.za.

Can I collect my medicine at Marara Pharmacy?

Yes, you may collect your parcel from the Marara Pharmacy offices in Centurion, Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. It is advisable to contact Marara Pharmacy in advance by emailing bonitas@mararapharm.co.za or calling 0860 627 272 to make the necessary arrangements.

How will I know if my prescription has been uploaded on the Marara Pharmacy website?

You will receive a confirmation SMS once the prescription has been successfully linked to your profile.

How will I know that Marara Pharmacy has received my prescription?

Marara Pharmacy will send a confirmation via email or SMS upon receiving your prescription. They may contact you telephonically if additional information is required. The courier will also notify you when your medicine parcel will also notify you when your medicine parcel is out for delivery.

How do I transfer my prescription from Pharmacy Direct to Marara Pharmacy?
